Net-a-porter is having it's end of season sale right now, and while I can't normally afford to shop there, I can now because it is full of some awesomely affordable deals. Below are some favorites, but you'll have to check it out yourself because there's so much other great stuff like this J.Crew military jacket and this gorgeous Michael Kors bag - both 50% off! Hurry now - while supplies last!

I came across Carles Rodrigo's work a few weeks ago and went back to his site recently to go through his full portfolio. I love his unique compositions and there's so much diversity - some are fun and whimsical, and others are really creepy. Check out his site or his flickr stream.
After last week's outdoor envy featuring my favorite dining rooms, it was only natural to share some of my favorite living rooms this week. The distinction between the two is rarely made in outdoor spaces, but the qualifying feature for these picks would be the comfy seating. Whether bright colors and full of patterns or stark white, all these outdoor living rooms are envy-inducing.

While I didn't get to go anywhere for Memorial Day and I also have some work I have to do tomorrow (blegh) I'm excited because it's my birthday! I'm looking forward to getting pampered for the first time in a long time and spending time with some of my favorite girls. Hope everyone enjoys their last day of the long weekend!

I'm so loving Tory Burch's summer/pre-fall lookbook - the patterns, pops of yellow and sunny setting are perfect. The detailing on the shoulder on Heather Mark's shirt (above left) is amazeballs. I just wish Ali Stephens would close her mouth or make a different face. She looks like she is smelling something rancid in 70% of the photos. I need some diversity. Sorry Ali, but you are no longer in the running to become America's next top model.

Anyone who knows me well knows I have a strange affinity for animals dressed in costume. In fact, my own dog had not one but two halloween costumes this past year (a submarine and a hotdog if you must know). So naturally, I found Jesse Freidin's Doggie Gaga Project to be absolutely delightful. Check it out and more of his work on his site.

The bright, playful home Lisa Sherry created for Courtney and Scott Vincent is full of so many unique and unexpected touches (hello, lucite dome chair hanging from the ceiling!) that I had to create a funky ensemble to compliment it. I love the way she is able to mix multiple graphic prints without making the space feel overcrowded. Check out the May/June issue of Lonny for the rest of the house - it's a must-see!
The Burning House challenges anyone and everyone to answer one question: If your house was burning, what would you take with you? The concept is fascinating and I love how much the answers reveal about the person.
