Apartment Therapy is having its 7th annual Smallest Coolest Home Contest and the entries this year are better than ever! So far this is my favorite:
at just 397 square feet (!?!?!) Michael in Manhattan has created a gorgeous space with charm and personality that is totally livable despite its size.
the dark wood floors and tall ceilings don't hurt either.
