Garsh! That's pretty damn sweet. But the whole den is just like precariously close to the water. I imagine a drunk friend of mine, let's call him Brendan, just falling right in. I wonder if the room smells like a pool and also how many people have fallen in on their way to the fridge in the night etc. A misjudged step here, a stumble there, and you're swimmin' son! What a fun way to live. 11 mil? No prob. I'll take it.
I wonder if the furniture is waterproof....
Oh yeah, I have 2 Labs. They are my loves. So if I lived in this house they would be the happiest dogs on Earth.
