Eat your greens

I came across Salad Pride a few weeks ago and am now obsessed. New recipes every day since last August has allowed for some really creative combinations and the site is visually appealing, too - check out the mosaic mode. Here are a few favorites:

Greenhouse

After a long hard search, I finally found the perfect glass bowl for the terrarium I had been talking about making for weeks (literally) and then I watched this super helpful little video via designsponge and sprout home and created my own little ecosystem.

supplies: river rocks, charcoal, potting soil, plants, glass bowl

I decided to go with succulents because they require less water (and therefore less responsibility). I've only watered twice since I planted them three weeks ago and everything's thriving wonderfully. Planting was kind of messy so do it outside or some place easy to clean up, but it was really easy and such a lovely end result!
